Frontline Waste is honored to be included in the impactful U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Voucher Program, designed to accelerate innovative clean energy technologies to market. The program will provide third-party support to model and validate a novel catalytic process for generating advanced biofuels from waste using Frontline Waste patented conversion technology.

The Voucher Program, led by the DOE Office of Technology Transitions (OTT) in collaboration with the Offices of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) and Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), supports clean energy technologies' market adoption. Funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law through the Technology Commercialization Fund (TCF), the program allocates $10 million in vouchers from 33 providers to 111 entities in the clean energy sector.
Frontline Waste is set to receive Performance Validation, Modeling, and Certification Support from Houston-based CPFD Software. Using CPFD’s specialized Barracuda Prediction Software, Frontline Waste will create a virtual model of its proprietary reactor to test and validate a series of protocols aiming for advanced biofuels.
“We are very excited to work with CPFD as they have considerable experience working with waste conversion technologies, like ours,” Sendin said. “Not only will we be able to leverage their expertise but their predictive modeling software should enable us to ultimately benefit our clients in the development of higher quality products, reducing further environmental impact while improving their yields. It may also help develop new revenue streams, like clean hydrogen and circular chemicals.”
